併せて富士スピードウェイを完全子会社化し、新会社傘下へ

豊田, 2023年03月28日 - (JCN Newswire) - トヨタ自動車株式会社（以下、トヨタ）は、富士モータースポーツフォレスト・プロジェクトを推進する新会社、「富士モータースポーツフォレスト株式会社」を4月3日付で設立致します。また、富士スピードウェイ株式会社は、三菱地所株式会社ならびに大成建設株式会社が保有する一部株式をトヨタが譲り受け、新会社の完全子会社となります。

この新たな体制にて、富士スピードウェイ、富士スピードウェイホテル、富士モータースポーツミュージアム、ならびにエリア開発を担当するトヨタ不動産との連携をより一層深め、モータースポーツを楽しむ人も、モータースポーツで働く人も、大人も子供も、この富士の地に来たい！と思ってもらえるような場所を、引き続き目指してまいります。
