バイオジェン・ジャパンとエーザイの日本における多発性硬化症治療剤の共同販促について

東京, 2023年03月02日 - (JCN Newswire) - バイオジェン・ジャパン株式会社（本社：東京都、代表取締役社長：傳幸諭、以下バイオジェン・ジャパン）とエーザイ株式会社（本社：東京都、代表執行役CEO：内藤晴夫、以下エーザイ）は、2018年１月より実施していたバイオジェン・ジャパンの多発性硬化症治療剤「テクフィデラ(R)」（一般名：フマル酸ジメチル）、「タイサブリ(R)」（一般名：ナタリズマブ（遺伝子組換え））、「アボネックス(R)」（一般名：インターフェロンベーター1a（遺伝子組換え））に関する日本における共同販促契約を2023年3月末日をもって終了することをお知らせします。

これまで両社共同で情報提供活動を行ってきましたが、当該製品の市場浸透について一定の目的を達成したことから、両社合意の下、本共同販促契約を終了することとなりました。本共同販促契約の終了に伴い、両社による引継ぎ期間を経て、バイオジェン・ジャパンが、当該製品に関するすべての業務を行うこととなります。また、本共同販促契約の終了にあたり、バイオジェンはエーザイに31 million USDを支払います。

なお、本件はバイオジェンとエーザイの間の他の契約には影響しません。
