Honda、自然関連財務情報開示タスクフォース（TNFD）フォーラムに参画
東京, 2023年01月17日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaは、自然関連財務情報開示タスクフォース（Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures、以下、TNFD）の理念に賛同し、その活動を支援するTNFDフォーラムに参画しました。
Hondaは、自社の企業活動が生物多様性に影響を及ぼす可能性があると考え、1960年代からその保全につながる活動に力を入れてきました。2011年には「Honda生物多様性ガイドライン」を制定。生物多様性と企業活動との調和を図っていくことを基本的な考え方として定め、これまでさまざまな環境保全活動に取り組んできました。
さらに2021年には、可能な限り地球資源の消費を抑制し、環境負荷ゼロの循環型社会を目指したコンセプト「Triple Action to ZERO」を定め、「カーボンニュートラル」「クリーンエネルギー」「リソースサーキュレーション」という相互に連鎖した3つの取り組みを進めています。
TNFDは自然資本および生物多様性に関する情報開示を企業や金融機関に促すことで、ネイチャーポジティブ※をもたらすように資金の流れが転換されることを目指す、国際的な検討機関です。HondaはTNFDフォーラムへの参画により、積極的な情報の開示に努め、今後も環境保全に関する取り組みをより一層加速させます。
