東京, 2022年11月14日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、本日、センコーグループホールディングス株式会社との間で、センコーが実施する当社連結子会社の中央化学株式会社の株式に対する公開買付に当社が応募する旨の契約を締結しましたので、お知らせいたします。本公開買付けが成立した場合、中央化学は当社の持分法適用先となります。
