Singapore Airshow, Singapore, Feb 14, 2012 - ( JCN Newswire ) - Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. company (NYSE: TXT), announced today it received a contract to modify and refurbish eight Royal Thai Army Bell 212 helicopters. Bell Helicopter Asia will work with Bell Helicopter's independent representative Royal Airport Services on this in-country program.

The Royal Thai Army operates a large fleet of helicopters in Thailand with the majority of them being Bell Helicopter products.
The Bell 212 is a two-bladed, twin-engined, medium helicopter. It is a derivative of the "Huey" family of helicopters that have proven their reliability, ruggedness, and multi-mission capabilities for many years.
