VinFast To Publicly List Through Business Combination With Black Spade Acquisition Co

VinFast Auto Pte. Ltd. ("VinFast" or "the Company"), and Black Spade Acquisition Co (NYSE: BSAQ) ("Black Spade") announced today that they have entered into a business combination agreement. After the transaction, VinFast will have an equity value of over US$23 billion and be listed in the U.S.
