三菱重工グループが浦和レッズレディースの命名権取得

今秋開幕WEリーグに「三菱重工浦和レッズレディース」が参戦

東京, 2021年03月05日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工グループと浦和レッドダイヤモンズ株式会社（浦和レッズ）は、2021年秋開幕予定の日本初の女子プロサッカーリーグ「WEリーグ」に参入する「浦和レッズレディース」の命名権（ネーミングライツ）を取得し、2021年シーズンからの3年間、「三菱重工浦和レッズレディース」をチーム呼称とすることで合意致しましたので、お知らせします。

三菱重工グループは、スポーツ活動を通じて、「社会貢献・CSR」「社員エンゲージメント」「企業ブランド力」向上に取り組んでいますが、新たに誕生するWEリーグが掲げる「女子サッカー・スポーツを通じて、夢や生き方の多様性にあふれ、一人ひとりが輝く社会の実現・発展に貢献する」との理念への敬意と共感を表明し、その実現に向けて、浦和レッズ・浦和レッズレディースと共に協力してまいります。

また、国内初の女子プロサッカーリーグ開幕元年に自社グループの名を冠した「三菱重工浦和レッズレディース」チームが参入することを誇りとし、選手の皆さんが素晴らしいプレーで勇気と感動を多くの方々に伝えてくれることを願っています。
