富士通、品川区と共同で、戸籍事務を支援する電子書籍AI検索システムの実証実験開始

審査根拠となる文献データを瞬時に検索し、職員負荷の軽減と業務効率化を実現

東京, 2020年11月11日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、東京都品川区（区長：濱野健、以下品川区）様と共同で、婚姻届や出生届などの審査や受理手続きを行う戸籍事務の職員負荷軽減や正確性の向上、業務効率化を目指し、届出内容の審査や判断の根拠となる文献データを300冊以上におよぶ専門書籍から瞬時に検索できる電子書籍AI検索システムを品川区様の戸籍事務に適用し、有効性検証を行う実証実験を2020年11月11日より開始します。

当社が開発した本システムは、自然文や類義語の高度な検索が可能なAI検索エンジンにより、戸籍関連の専門書籍で国内トップシェアの日本加除出版株式会社（本社：東京都豊島区、代表取締役社長：和田裕、以下日本加除出版）様の電子書籍から、戸籍事務に必要な文献および該当箇所を瞬時に検索できます。これにより職員は膨大な書籍から手作業で過去の事例を探し当てる必要がなくなり、業務負荷の大幅な軽減と業務効率の向上が見込める予定です。

当社は、本実証実験の結果を踏まえ、電子書籍AI検索システムの商品化を目指し、自治体DXの実現に貢献していきます。
