タフさ、力強さを強調したデザインに進化

豊田, 2020年08月19日 - (JCN Newswire) - TOYOTAは、ハイラックスをマイナーチェンジし、全国のトヨタ車両販売店を通じて、8月19日に発売しました。

ハイラックスは“Innovative International Multi-purpose Vehicle”というグローバルプロジェクトの一環で2004年に開発され、2017年の日本市場への再投入以降、国内唯一のピックアップトラックとして、ビジネスユースのお客様をはじめ、個性的なスタイルを求める若年層を中心とした、多くのお客様にご愛顧いただいています。

今回のマイナーチェンジでは、『Tough & Recreational』のデザインコンセプトをもとに、ピックアップトラックとしてのタフさ・力強さと、乗ってワクワクする楽しさを表現するシルエットを実現しました。また、エンジンの改良やアイドリングストップ機能追加による燃費向上、サスペンションの変更やVFC＊1機能追加による操縦安定性・乗り心地の向上、クリアランスソナーの追加による安全機能の充実など、各性能の強化を図りました。
