富士通、快適なデータアクセス環境を実現する「ESPRIMO Edge Computing Edition Z0110/W」を販売開始

東京, 2020年06月15日 - (JCN Newswire) - 富士通株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：時田隆仁）は、富士通クライアントコンピューティング株式会社（本社：神奈川県川崎市、代表取締役社長：齋藤邦彰）製の法人向けエッジコンピューティングデバイス「FUJITSU Desktop ESPRIMO Edge Computing Edition（フジツウデスクトップエスプリモエッジコンピューティングエディション）Z0110/W （以下、Z0110/W）」を6月15日から国内で販売開始します。

近年、さまざまな企業のお客様において、最新OS「Windows 10」を搭載したパソコンの導入が加速しています。「Windows 10」では、システムを最新の状態に保つために毎月1回の品質更新プログラム（約1GB）と、年2回の機能更新プログラム（約3GB）の実行が必要となりますが、これらのWindows Updateによって起こる社内WSUS（注1）サーバーへのアクセス集中によるネットワーク負荷が問題となっています。

「Z0110/W」は、Windows Updateに特化した機能を備え、WSUSサーバーと連携した効率的なシステム更新の運用を可能とするとともに、ネットワークアクセスポイントの実装により、無線環境のないオフィスにも容易に導入することができます。

本製品の活用により、企業のお客様のネットワーク負荷を軽減し、快適なデータアクセス環境を実現します。
