三菱電機、世界初プリント基板に実装可能な「金属腐食センサー」を開発

東京, 2019年09月04日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、硫黄化合物など大気中の腐食性ガスによる金属部品の腐食進行度を検知する技術において、産業用機器内のプリント基板に実装できる小型の「金属腐食センサー」を世界で初めて※1開発しました。複数の金属腐食センサーを組み合わせることで、金属部品の腐食進行度を段階的に検知できます。

今後、当社の産業用機器などに適用し、故障の未然防止に貢献します。

開発の特長

1. 世界初、小型の金属腐食センサーをプリント基板に実装
- 金属腐食により抵抗値が増加する金属薄膜と抵抗体で構成する簡易構造の小型の金属腐食センサーを開発し、世界で初めてプリント基板への実装を実現
- 産業用機器内の環境により近い状態で、金属部品の腐食進行度が検知できるため、新たな外付け計測器が不要

2. 複数の金属腐食センサーを組み合わせ、腐食進行度を段階的に検知
- 金属腐食センサーの抵抗値の増加により金属腐食の進行度を把握
- 金属腐食センサーに用いる金属薄膜の材質や厚みを変えることで、金属腐食センサー自体の金属腐食の進行を調整
- 複数の金属腐食センサーを組み合わせることにより、産業用機器内の金属部品の腐食進行度を段階的に検知
