日本特殊陶業と三菱日立パワーシステムズ、燃料電池セルスタックの製造・販売を行う合弁会社の設立・共同運営に関する契約を締結

東京, 2019年07月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - 日本特殊陶業株式会社（社長：川合尊、本社：名古屋市瑞穂区、以下NTK）と三菱日立パワーシステムズ株式会社（社長：河相健、本社：横浜市西区、以下MHPS）は、このたび、固体酸化物形燃料電池（SOFC（注1））の発電要素である円筒セルスタック（注2）の製造・販売を行う合弁会社を共同で設立・運営することに関し、合弁契約を締結致しました。

燃料電池は、クリーンな発電装置として、業務用、産業用などでの活用が期待され、将来的なエネルギー・環境問題の解決策の一つとして期待されています。

両社は、2014年6月から円筒セルスタックの量産に向けて業務提携を締結して開発を進めておりましたが、それが実り、MHPSの長寿命、熱利用が可能な円筒セルスタック設計技術と、NTKが保有するセラミックスの量産技術を融合させ、高性能円筒セルスタックを事業化する運びとなりました。

今後、NTKにて準備会社を設立した後、競争法当局の審査を経て、合弁会社の設立へと進める予定です。

設立する合弁会社については、2社で協議中であり、現時点では以下の内容で検討しています。

（1）名称：検討中
（2）所在地：愛知県小牧市
（3）代表者の役職・氏名：検討中
（4）事業内容：円筒横縞形セルスタックの製造及び販売
（5）資本金：3億円
（6）出資比率：NTK 70％、MHPS 30％
（7）事業開始予定：2019年10月1日
