Honda、「平成30年度新・ダイバーシティ経営企業100選」に選定

東京, 2019年03月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaは、経済産業省が実施している「新・ダイバーシティ経営企業100選」に選定され、3月22日に経済産業大臣表彰を受けました。

この「新・ダイバーシティ経営企業100選」は、経済産業省が、ダイバーシティ推進を経営成果に結びつけている企業の先進的な取り組みを広く紹介し、取り組む企業のすそ野拡大を目的として、経済産業大臣表彰を毎年実施しているものです。

Hondaは「Honda Philosophy」における「人間尊重」の考え方に基づき、人材多様性の進化のありたき姿を「多様な属性・価値観を持つ“個”が活き活きと輝くことで、企業総合力を最大限発揮すること」と定義し、2015年に多様性推進室を立ち上げ、女性活躍拡大をはじめとする社内のダイバーシティ推進に積極的に取り組んできました。
