昭和電工、グリシンの価格改定について

東京, 2019年03月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - 昭和電工株式会社(社長：森川宏平)は､アミノ酸の一種で主に食品添加物として使われるグリシンの価格について以下のとおり改定することを決定いたしました。

1. 価格改定の内容

1)値上げ幅
30円／kg以上

2)実施時期
2019年3月18日納入分より

2. 価格改定の背景

昨今の原材料、諸資材や物流諸費用の高騰に加え、安定生産のための設備維持の更新や品質管理のための費用増加により、自助努力の対応のみでは製品価格、サービスの水準を維持するのは困難な状況です。今後も本製品の安定供給を維持していくため、価格を改定いたします。

グリシンにはさわやかな甘みがあります。主に食品の日持ち向上、うまみの増進や苦みの抑制のために幅広く使われています。
