富士通、ミャンマーの日本人駐在員の子供向けに日本から遠隔教育を実施
対面での会話や作業状況のモニタリングによる先生と児童の双方向コミュニケーションを実現
東京, 2018年03月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、ミャンマーに駐在している日本人家族の小学生を対象に、日本とミャンマーの教室をオンラインで接続し、リアルタイムな遠隔教育を行う実証研究を、3月10日（土曜日）～11日（日曜日）の2日間実施します。
本実証では先生と児童間での質疑応答や、児童同士のアイデア共有を可能とする教員支援ツール「FUJITSU 文教ソリューション K-12 学習情報活用 知恵たま」（以下、知恵たま）を搭載した当社製タブレットと、スクリーン越しに会話し様子を見ることができるテレビ会議システムを使用して、日本から今回実証用に用意したプログラミングと理科実験の授業を行います。これにより、日本にいる先生とミャンマーにいる児童の自然な対話を可能にするほか、先生はタブレット上で児童の回答や作業の状況をリアルタイムでモニタリングすることができるなど、遠隔教育においても双方向にコミュニケーションしながら授業を効率よく進めることができます。また、時間や場所を選ばずデジタル教材で知識習得を行える基盤「FUJITSU 文教ソリューション デジタルラーニング」（以下、デジタルラーニング）を使用してe-Learningコンテンツを提供し、授業後に自宅での応用学習も行います。
当社は、本実証研究の成果を踏まえて、駐在員の家族のみならず諸外国で起きている教育格差の是正に向け、最適な遠隔教育ソリューションの開発を行っていきます。
