ソニーから村田製作所への電池事業の譲渡完了のお知らせ

東京, 2017年09月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニー株式会社は、2016年10月31日付「村田製作所及びソニーによる電池事業の譲渡に関する確定契約の締結について」および2017年7月19日付「ソニーから村田製作所への電池事業の譲渡完了の見通しに関するお知らせ」において公表いたしましたとおり、ソニーグループの電池事業の株式会社村田製作所グループへの譲渡（以下、「本譲渡」）を本日完了しましたので、お知らせいたします。

なお、本譲渡については、クロージング後の価格調整などにより関連損失の計上が今期においても見込まれるものの、本譲渡が当社の今期連結業績見通しに与える影響は軽微と見込んでいます。
