富士通研究所、世界最高速度で周波数変調可能な車載レーダー向けミリ波CMOS回路を開発

東京, 2016年10月13日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社富士通研究所（注1、以下富士通研究所）は、将来の自動運転実現のための高精度な監視技術向けに、76～81ギガヘルツ（以下、GHz）の広帯域に渡り世界最高速で周波数を変調できるCMOSミリ波信号源回路を開発しました。これにより、車載レーダーシステムにおいて自転車と歩行者など速度の異なるターゲットの誤検知を防ぐ方式に対応し、相対速度で時速200kmの検知を可能にします。また、併せて開発した、位相1度以内の精度でミリ波ビームを計測・制御できる4チャンネルCMOS送信回路と組み合わせることで、周囲を高精度にスキャンすることが可能になるため、高速走行と周辺監視の両方に対応した車載レーダーの実現が期待できます。

本技術の詳細は、10月3日（月曜日）から10月7日（金曜日）まで英国ロンドンで開催されたマイクロ波技術に関する欧州最大の会議「EUMW 2016（European Microwave Week 2016）」で発表しました。
