富士通など、「FUJITSU 生体認証 手のひら静脈認証ボード」など2製品を販売
複合機や住宅、クルマなど新たな分野へ展開
東京, 2016年09月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - 富士通株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：田中達也、以下、富士通）と、富士通フロンテック株式会社（本社：東京都稲城市、代表取締役社長：下島文明、以下、富士通フロンテック）は、機器組込み向けのセンサーである「FUJITSU 生体認証 PalmSecure-F Pro（パームセキュア エフプロ）」（以下、PalmSecure-F Pro）、および「FUJITSU 生体認証 手のひら静脈認証ボード」（以下、手のひら静脈認証ボード）の2製品を、手のひら静脈認証装置の製品ラインナップに加え、10月下旬より販売します。
「PalmSecure-F Pro」は、操作性や環境耐性が向上し薄型化されたことで、設置・使用環境の条件を大幅に緩和したほか、認証精度を向上させ、登録された大量の静脈データから個人を識別する機能を強化しました。
また、ボードにソフトが組込まれた「手のひら静脈認証ボード」を提供することで、従来適用が難しかった組込み系OSを搭載した機器への適用が可能になります。
これにより、従来はPCログオンや入退室装置での使用が中心でしたが、複合機や金庫・ロッカーなどでの使用が拡大することで、企業内の認証方式を手のひら静脈認証に統一できます。また、現金やクレジットカードに代わる手ぶらでの決済手段や、住宅やクルマの鍵の代替など、新しい市場への拡大を目指します。
