東京, 2016年08月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社富士通アドバンストエンジニアリング（本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役社長：豊島雅博）は、本日より、新宿の本社受付エリアにおいて当社ソリューション「EXBOARD」（注1）とメディエータロボット「RoboPin（ロボピン）」を連携した無人受付サービスの実証デモを公開します。

本サービスは、人の位置情報と空間の環境情報をリアルタイムに収集、可視化することで、受付、応接エリアの環境最適化を図るとともに、ロボットによるユニークな無人受付体験の提供により、お客様への最適なおもてなしをご支援するものです。

当社は、本実証デモを通じて、技術、運用ノウハウの蓄積を図り、無人受付サービスの実用化に向けて取り組んでまいります。また今後、本社受付エリアをお客様にIoTやロボット等のテクノロジーを体感頂く場として公開することで、お客様との共創を促進し新たな価値の創出を目指してまいります。
